Published In CLM Magazine – “Asbestos Gets a Makeover”

Flavia Pemberton co-authored an article recently published in the April 2022 edition of CLM magazine. The article, titled “Asbestos Gets a Makeover”, discusses why cosmetic talc litigation is paving a more dangerous path than traditional asbestos litigation.
