Ascot Announces New Predictive Modeling and AI Strategy Leader

Ascot today announces the appointment of artificial intelligence (AI) industry leader Christian Toft-Nielsen as Senior Vice President, Predictive Modeling and AI Strategy. In this newly created role, Christian will be responsible for developing the organization’s AI and analytics framework to optimize processes and drive operational efficiencies across a variety of applications.

Christian is a seasoned analytics and AI professional with more than 25 years of experience managing digital transformation at major companies such as IBM, where he most recently held the position of Vice President and Senior Partner, IBM Consulting. Christian also has a Master of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Throughout his career, Christian has taken the helm of analytics practices that have made substantial contributions to workforce optimization, revenue augmentation, cost minimization, and risk mitigation through AI advancements. His appointment underscores Ascot’s commitment to a tech-centric, data-led approach to customer service and platform optimization.
