We write a range of property binders for both catastrophe and non-catastrophe risks, for homeowners and commercial property alike. We take a worldwide view of binders, though we focus primarily on North America. To ensure we maintain a non-competitive approach to our book, we analyse and assess our binders state-by-state within the U.S. Our long-standing approach to binders makes us a lead market for almost half of the business we write. We’re trusted by other Syndicates for our ability to be a fair and prudent insurer. Our maximum line size for any one binder is $8m, and we have the relationships in the London market to provide much larger binders if required.
