Prime PREMIER – named for Protecting Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Industry from Environmental Risk — will position Ascot to meet the continued market demand for a simple and streamlined form that can solve complex, technical risks through detailed and technical underwriting.

Prime PREMIER carries on the spirit of Ascot Environmental’s existing suite of Prime products, offering coverage for bodily injury, property damage and environmental damage caused by or resulting from a pollution event on, at, under or migrating from a covered location on a claims-made or first party discovery basis. The policy does not include a retroactive date and supplementary payments are provided outside the policy limits.
